Join Magaly Quispe Singona and Wilfredo “Jhimmy” Huaman Cjuiro, Andean medicine carriers from Chinchero in the Sacred Valley of Peru, for an intimate weekend of teachings and shared practice rooted in the living Andean ways they carry through their family and lineage.
Over the course of the weekend, Magaly and Jhimmy will share teachings on Andean cosmology, ayni, sacred offerings and allies, the Ñustas, dreams, and Tikariy, the art of blooming. Through teaching, conversation, prayer, and practice, we will explore ways of relating with the natural world, the unseen, our own gifts, and the larger web of relationships of which we are a part.
The gathering will take place at The Land Known as Buckhorn Springs, just outside Ashland, Oregon.
The Weekend
Friday Evening
Introduction to Andean Cosmology, Lineage & Despacho
We will begin with the Andean worldview and the lineage Magaly and Jhimmy carry from their family and community in Chinchero. Together we will create a despacho, a prayer offering through which gratitude, intention, and reciprocity are expressed and brought into relationship with the living world.

Saturday
Ayni, Offerings & Sacred Allies
Saturday begins with ayni, the Andean principle of reciprocity and right relationship. Magaly and Jhimmy will share teachings around offerings, relationship with the natural world, and the sacred allies who accompany and support us.
Ñustas & the Divine Feminine
We will continue with teachings of the Ñustas, feminine beings and forces within Andean cosmology associated with the waters, mountains, Earth, and other expressions of the living world. We will explore their teachings and the qualities of the Divine Feminine they embody.

Sunday
Dream Work
Dreams hold an important place within Andean ways of knowing. Magaly and Jhimmy will share teachings around listening to dreams, understanding their messages, and developing a deeper relationship with the guidance that can come through them.
Tikariy: The Art of Blooming
We will close our teaching weekend with Tikariy, a Quechua word connected with blooming or coming into flower. These teachings explore the unfolding of our gifts, purpose, and capacity to bring what we carry into the world in a meaningful way.

Monday Morning
For those staying at Buckhorn, we will share breakfast together before departure.

Teaching fees go directly to Magaly and Jhimmy.
Depending on space, it may also be possible to attend Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday individually at the rates listed above.
Individual Healing Sessions
A limited number of 30-minute individual healing sessions may be available for $80, depending on Magaly and Jhimmy’s availability.
Sessions may include work with the mesa, tobacco, or oracle, depending on what is called for within the individual session.
Availability and scheduling will be shared as appointments are confirmed.
Stay at Buckhorn
A limited number of rooms and cabins are available for those participating in the full weekend. Residential packages include three nights, Friday through Sunday, and all meals from Friday dinner through Monday breakfast.

The rustic cabins use the shared bathhouse, which requires a short walk outside from the cabins. Since we will be gathering in November, guests choosing this option should be prepared for a chilly walk to and from the bathhouse.
Staying Elsewhere
Those who prefer to stay elsewhere are welcome to participate in the complete weekend.
Full weekend teachings + all meals: $475
Meals may also be added for those attending for an individual day. Meal pricing will be shared once finalized.
Overnight accommodations at Buckhorn are reserved for those participating in the full weekend.

They are part of the Noqan Kani family and carry teachings and practices passed through their family and community, sharing them through their work in Peru and internationally.
