Ceremony for Land & Community

June 2026 · Ongoing

Drawing on one of the Peruvian traditions that informs our work, we mark each solstice and equinox by visiting the four directions of the land at Buckhorn Springs, home to The Offering Ground. We give thanks to the land and our allies, calling upon them for blessings, protection, and the wellbeing of this place. We also offer prayers for healing and guidance for all who come here and for the wider community.

These seasonal ceremonies renew our relationships with the living world and extend our care beyond the boundaries of this place. As this practice grows, we plan to welcome broader community participation through seasonal despacho ceremonies.

Supported entirely by donations to The Offering Ground, these ceremonies are offered freely for the wellbeing of the land and community.
